<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven device which is capable of increasing the output without increasing the size in a radial direction. <P>SOLUTION: A stator 15 and a rotor 21 are housed in a motor case 11. A shaft 25 fixed to the rotor 21 is turnably supported in the motor case 11. A power module 40 for supplying a driving current to a coil 18 winding around the stator 15 and a heat sink 80 for absorbing heat generated by the power module 40 are provided on the outside of the motor case 11. An intermediate member 90 includes a connection part 91 attached to a wall 13 of the motor case 11 and a contact part 92 extending from the connection part 91 to the side opposite to the wall 13 to come into contact with the heat sink 80 and connects the motor case 11 and the heat sink 80 within a range of an outer diameter of a peripheral part 12 of the motor case 11.
