<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump heat source machine capable of improving the efficiency of an air/refrigerant heat exchanger that is an evaporator, and also achieving low noise. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump heat source machine includes: a refrigerant circuit 8 for circulating a refrigerant through a compressor 4, a water refrigerant heat exchanger 5 (11), a decompressor 6, and an evaporator 7 which are all connected circularly in a refrigerant piping system; a cover body 19 for covering the outside of the water refrigerant heat exchanger 5 (11); an air blowing fan 9 disposed above the cover body 19, for feeding air to the evaporator 7; a curved bell mouth 28b disposed on the outer circumference side of the air blowing fan 9; and an exterior body.
