<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machinable honeycomb sealant material having excellent machinability. <P>SOLUTION: In the machinable honeycomb sealant material 20, a hexagonal honeycomb structure 24 having a honeycomb-shaped cellular structure composed of an empty space 22 and a partition 23 is formed by overlapping a plurality of waveform thin plates 21. A gap between a substrate Ba and a rotor is sealed by brazing and fixing to the substrate Ba side, and the rotor is cut by itself when the rotary body comes into contact.
