<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical three-dimensional bicycle parking device and its delivery method capable of reducing users' waiting time for delivery. <P>SOLUTION: A mechanical three-dimensional bicycle parking device comprises a building skeleton 1, a delivery floor 2 having a delivery opening 3, a storage floor 5 having a plurality of storage shelves provided in the building skeleton 1 horizontally and radially and in a vertical multideck manner, and a storage mechanism 7 having a conveying board 9 capable of elevating and lowering and swinging in the horizontal direction along a lifting rail 8 provided vertically in a central part within the building skeleton 1. The device comprises an IC tag attached to a bicycle, an IC card 17 carried by the user and functioning in conjucntion with the IC tag, and a reading machine 16 for the IC card installed at a location distant from the delivery opening 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
