PURPOSE: A method for fabricating painting and writing paper is provided to ensure excellent material property and low price. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating painting and writing paper comprises: a step of mixing 5-15 wt% of Edgeworthia chrysantha bast and 85-95 wt% of needle-leaf tree pulp to prepare a mixture pulp; a step of paper-making using a fourdrinier paper machine or cylinder paper machine; and a step of drying. The method also comprises a step of beating the mixture pulp by adding 0.02-0.045 of a dispersion agent and stirring at 500-600rpm for 20-40 minutes.
