<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric thumb-turn lock which can temporarily restrict unlocking by members. <P>SOLUTION: A lockout program 16a inhibiting the unlocking by an electric motor is integrated into a control circuit 16 of a microcomputer 8 which drives an electric motor, and an electrostatic switch 12 guiding the lockout program 16a to an operating state and a non-operating state is provided. When a reader 11 reads specific peculiar information to identify a specific person of IC chip in the operating guiding state or the non-operating guiding state, the lockout program 16a is put into the operating state or the non-operating state, by which the unlocking by the members can be temporarily restricted when the lockout program 16a is put into the operating state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
