<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce drying irregularity by applying uniform drying energy to a sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet drying device and a printing device comprise: a rotatable belt (34) which has an external surface and an internal surface and the external surface has a contact with the sheet; a hot air generation part (42) which blows hot air from the external surface to the sheet, and a heater structure (40) which includes a heating element (39) and a contact surface contacting the internal surface.
