<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a size measurement device capable of easily measuring the size of a desired object. <P>SOLUTION: In the size measurement device, an image sensor 16 repeatedly outputs a subject field image generated by an imaging surface that captures a subject field. A CPU 34 repeatedly conducts a process of searching for a specified object image based on the subject field image output by the image sensor 16 with the use of multiple reference specified object images each of which displays different postures, and detects the number of the specified objects that exist in the subject field on the basis of the results of the search. In addition, the CPU 34 repeatedly judges whether each of the specified objects of the detected number satisfies a posture condition or not on the basis of the results of the search, and records the subject field image output by the image sensor 16 when the result of the judge turns from negative to positive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
