<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-magnetic contact pin capable of suppressing an increase in contact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The contact pin 1 includes an intermediate layer 3 made of an alloy of nickel and phosphorus on a base material 2 made of a conductive material, and an uppermost layer 4 made of palladium and silver on the intermediate layer 3. The contact pin 1 is adapted to contact with each IC terminal of IC sockets to be used for a burn-in test, and electrically connects each of the IC terminal with a substrate mounting the IC socket for the burn-in test. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
