<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product assembling apparatus having a simple constitution capable of rapidly and consistently assembling controlling groups to be conveyed at a predetermined spacing without stopping them, and rapidly carrying them to the next step without disturbing the attitude of the assembled control group. <P>SOLUTION: The product assembling apparatus 1 includes a supply conveyor 2 to which products A are supplied, and endless table conveyors 4, 5 aligned so as to constitute the same circulating path while each being driven by a separate servo motor. The table conveyors 4, 5 have assembly tables 11, 15 on which the products A to be successively supplied from the supply conveyor 2 are transferred, and assembled in an obliquely or horizontally aligned manner, and driven by a servo motor while the assembly tables 11, 15 are not overlapped but deviated from each other. The assembled control group are collectively held by a holding device 3, and thrown into a corrugated fiberboard-made box B after the assembly tables 11, 15 are moved for the next assembly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
