<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost of a parking lock sleeve by make it easy to manufacture the same. <P>SOLUTION: The parking lock sleeve used for a parking lock mechanism is formed in approximately semicircle cylindrical shape by bending a metal plate.
