<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve which controls flow of a fluid and has a simple operation system of a valve and a sealed structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid control valve 100 includes: a housing 10 having a valve chamber 10A which is formed on one side of a partition wall 20, which is movable back and forth, and has an inlet port 11 in which the fluid flows and an outlet port 12 to which the fluid flows out, and acts a pressure of the fluid on the partition wall 20, and a pressure chamber 10B formed on other side and acting adjustable pressing force on the partition wall 20; and an operation valve 42 which is supported on the partition wall 20, and opens and closes the outlet port 12. The partition wall 20 is moved back and forth by a pressure difference between a pressure of the fluid which flows in from the inlet port 11 of the valve chamber 10A and the pressing force of the pressure chamber 10B, and the operation valve 42 is opened and closed to control the flow of the fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
