PURPOSE: A digital broadcasting transmitter, a digital broadcasting receiver, and methods for constructing and processing the stream thereof are provided to enable a user to watch data of various types. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(5100) receives a TS(Transport Stream) from a digital broadcasting transmitter. A demodulating unit(5200) demodulates the received TS. The clock signal and the frequency of the received signal are synchronized with the digital broadcasting transmitter via the demodulating unit. An equalizing unit(5300) equalizes the demodulated TS. A decoding unit(5400) detects mobile data in the equalized TS and decodes the mobile data.
