<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brassiere prevented from discoloration or oxidation of a sponge on a brassiere cup edge part even when washing is repeated or time passes. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the adhesion-type brassiere using a barrier hole includes a step of molding a brassier cup mold by passing a step of bonding cloths 11 and 12 to both the surfaces of a sponge 13, a step of inserting the bonded cloths into a CNC metal mold, and a step of molding by pressure heating the cloths inserted into the CNC metal mold, a step of placing the brassiere cup mold on a press base, and cutting the brassiere cup mold with a projecting-type cutter of the same shape as the brassiere cup mold on the brassiere cup mold by adding force to the projecting-type cutter, and a step of applying gel having polyolefin as the raw material to the inside of the cut brassiere cup mold to form an adhesive layer on the inside of the brassiere cup mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
