<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin for heat exchangers, which is made compact and has improved heat transfer performance. <P>SOLUTION: A plate 2 having a plurality of fins 5 arranged successively on one surface 2a thereof is fabricated into a corrugated shape along the direction A. The end of each of the plurality of fins 5 is squashed to have a T shape in the cross section thereof. A cavity part 6 formed between the adjacent fins 5, 5 is communicated with the outside through a gap 7 which is formed between the ends of the adjacent fins 5, 5 and has the width narrower than that of the cavity part 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
