PLANETARY GEAR DEVICE FOR REDUCER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear device for a reducer which has a long life even when used at high-speed rotation at high temperature.

SOLUTION: The planetary gear device for a reducer includes a pinion gear 3 meshing with a sun gear 1 and ring gear 2 arranged coaxially; a pinion shaft 5 inserted in a center of the pinion gear 3 and rotatably supporting the pinion gear 3; a plurality of rollers arranged so as to roll between a raceway surface formed on an inner circumferential surface of the pinion gear 3 and a raceway surface formed on an outer circumferential surface of the pinion shaft 5. The pinion shaft 5 is structured of high-carbon chromium bearing steel SUJ3, and a remaining austenite amount on a surface layer of a center part of the pinion shaft 5 in an axial direction is less than 20 vol.%.
