<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electricity from being stolen from a outlet mounted to a support, wall etc. <P>SOLUTION: This invention prevents electricity from being stolen by installing a cover 3 for protecting an outlet 2 mounted to a wall 1 from rain etc., and placing a lock 7 between the cover 3 and the wall 1. The cover 3 has a hole for a cord for a plug 4 to come through, but the hole is not large enough for the plug 4 or a human hand to go in.
