The invention relates to machine-building and deals with mechanisms of transfer of rotary motion (reducers) that can change the gear ratio. A controlled power reducer has a body in which rotatably the drive and the driven shafts are installed, an eccentric mechanism installed on the drive shaft, with shaft and control mechanism, a ring intermediate member installed rotatably on the shaft of the eccentric mechanism and free wheel mechanisms with input and outlet units, central pinion and satellites that are in engagement with the central pinion. It comprises bodies of the satellites and the arc-like slides connected to the bodies of the satellites, in each of which with possibility of rotation a satellite is installed that is connected to the input unit of the free wheel mechanism, with the output unit connected to the body of the satellite. On the intermediate member ring-like slots are placed, those are arranged with possibility of interaction with the arc-like slides, on each satellite body a hinge is placed, this is arranged with possibility of interaction by means of articulated rod with the body hinge placed on the reducer body. The central pinion is rigidly connected to the intermediate member, kinematically connected to the driven shaft with possibility of transfer of rotary motion, and each body of the satellite is connected with a articulated rod to one body hinge.
