The arrangement has a secondary winding linked with a primary conductor in a bottom turned surface area of a vehicle (1) in a starting position of the vehicle. The secondary winding is arranged in a surface area protection unit (3). The surface area protection unit is extensible such that minimum spacing between the surface area protection unit and a bottom part (4) of the vehicle is reduced or minimum spacing between the surface area protection unit and the bottom part of the vehicle is enlarged.
