The hinge (10') has a structure-sided hinge part (12') and a door-sided hinge part (14') connected with each other by a middle part (20'). The middle part is connected with the structure-sided hinge part. A retainer (30) is connected with the hinge parts at respective sides and locks the structure-sided hinge part and the door-sided hinge part against each other in a relative position. The retainer comprises a lockable gas spring, a lockable damper i.e. oil damper, a lockable bracket plate and a lockable cam, and is electrically actuated for locking and/or releasing the hinge parts.
