DAMPER DEVICE WITH TORQUE LIMITER, AND MOUNTING STRUCTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing the influence of a fastening force of bolts or the like for fixing to the rotational member of an opposite side on the original function of a torque limiter such as initial sliding torque.

SOLUTION: A damper device 5 has: a function as a torque limiter located between a cover plate 9 and a friction plate 10; and a function as a twist damper including a side plate 17 and a twist absorption spring 19 or the like as main elements. The flange part 23 of the cover plate 9 and the friction plate 10 are fastened and fixed by a plurality of rivets 21, a relief recess part 25 is formed in the flange part 23 of the cover plate 9, and a plurality of bolts 6 are seated on the friction plate 10 to prevent application of any bolt fastening force to the cover plate 9.
