PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility of a non-woven fabric.

SOLUTION: A non-woven fabric is made of fiber arrangement layer 2 composed of a plurality of filaments made from thermoplastic resin. The filaments are extended in one direction L and arranged linearly in the one direction L. The non-woven fabric is formed in a wave shape 7 with a ridge part 5 and a trough part 6 extending in the direction crossing the direction L. In a non-woven fabric of the other aspect, a plurality of fiber arrangement layers 2 composed of a plurality of filament made from thermoplastic resin are layered. In each fiber arrangement layer 2, the filament extended in one direction L and arranged linearly in the one direction L. Each fiber arrangement layer 2 is layered and sticked to each other keeping the filament arrangement direction L of each fiber arrangement layer 2 parallel to each other. The non-woven fabric is formed in a wave shape 7 with a ridge part 5 and a trough part 6 extending in the direction crossing the direction L.
