<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the quality of a worked product in pressing using elastic deformation of an elastic punch. <P>SOLUTION: In the elastic press die 1 which includes: the elastic punch 8 which is arranged above a material 2 to be worked and formed of an elastic body; a rigid-body punch 10 which is higher than the elastic punch 8 in the rigidity and with which the elastic punch 8 is elastically deformed by being pressurized and compressed from the upper part; an outer periphery surrounding member 14 with which the side faces of the elastic punch 8 are surrounded; and a lower projecting rib 12 which is arranged between the rigid-body punch 10 and the elastic punch 8, the lower projecting rib 12 is formed so that the cross-sectional area of the most distant portion from the rigid-body punch 10 becomes minimum and arranged in a position where the minimum portion in the cross-sectional area of the lower projecting rib 12 is superimposed on the neighborhood of the center of the elastic punch 8 in the vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
