<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water-soluble polymer dispersion, a paper-strengthening agent, a paper making freeness improver and a paper making yield improver with which the freeness and the paper-strength can be kept high while the formation of obtained paper is not disturbed. <P>SOLUTION: In dispersion of water-soluble polymer (A) obtained by dispersion polymerization of radical polymer component (a) including at least cationic radical polymerizable monomer (a1), anionic radical polymerizable monomer (a2) and (meth)acrylamide (a4) in a salt solution with salt concentration of more than 10 wt.% in the presence of polymer dispersant (B), in the case in which the total content of the (A) component and the (B) component in the dispersion becomes to 0.2 wt.% through dilution with water, the minimum value of turbidity at the pH-value of 5-8 of the diluted dispersion is more than 10 NTU and the maximum value is below 500 NTU. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
