<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grater having a simple structure, efficiently making grated product of a Japanese radish, which is roughly grated with hard bamboo teeth, and preferable for use in a workshop which requires a large amount of roughly grated product of Japanese radish such as a food factory, a large-scale restaurant or a supermarket. <P>SOLUTION: This grater includes: a body case 1 containing a motor; a toothed cylinder 3 fitted to a motor shaft 2 projected from the body case 1; and a toothed cylinder case 4 housing the toothed cylinder 3, which is fitted to the body case 1. The middle part of the toothed cylinder case 4 serves as a housing part 5 for the toothed cylinder, a processing material throw-in port 6 is connected to the upside of the toothed cylinder housing part 5, and a discharge port 7 is connected to the lower side thereof. At least one grating tooth train 10 where grating teeth 9 are arranged like a sawtooth is provided in the axial direction on the peripheral surface of the toothed cylinder 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
