<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit having an environmental power generation function capable of preventing deterioration in antenna properties while attaining reduction in size and reduction of costs using a laminate. <P>SOLUTION: A power unit is configured using a laminate 20 formed by alternately laminating an insulating layer and a conductor layer and the laminate 20 includes an antenna 10a for receiving a radio wave from the outside, an input circuit for inputting a receiving signal of the antenna 10a, and a rectifier circuit for rectifying and converting an output AC voltage of the input circuit into a DC voltage. A circuit region R of the laminate 20 includes a region R1 in which an inductor and a capacitor are disposed, and a region R2 in which the antenna 10a or the like is disposed. The antenna 10a is disposed so as not to be overlapped with the region R1 but to be overlapped with a first component (diode D1, D2) in a laminating direction of the laminate 20. Thus, while preventing antenna performance deterioration caused by electromagnetic interference of the inductor and the capacitor, the power unit can be reduced in size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
