摘要 A method for growth of monocrystals of copper bromide-iodide pentatiophosphate CU6PS5(BR1-XIX) solid solutions by chemical transport reactions comprises the graded heating of vacuum quarts ampoules containing starting components in necessary stoichiometric ratio to maximal temperature and soaking at this temperature during 24 hours and further growth of monocrystals. Elementary copper, phosphorous and sulfur and binaries CuBr bromide copper and CuI iodide copper are used as starting components for synthesis. At that maximal temperature of synthesis is 973±5 K, and growth is carried out using stoichiometric mix of CuBr/CuI as transportation agent calculated for 20 mg/cmfree volume of ampoule.
