PURPOSE: An accessory with a pattern layer and a pattern forming method thereof are provided to prevent a boundary wall integrated with the accessory from being exposed in the boundary point between patterns, thereby forming various patterns. CONSTITUTION: An accessory with a pattern layer includes an accessory body(100), an epoxy layer(200), and a pattern layer(300). The epoxy layer is formed on the accessory. A pattern groove is formed on the surface of the epoxy layer. The pattern layer is located in the pattern groove of the epoxy layer.
