ELECTROLYTE SHEET FOR SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, UNIT CELL FOR SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL, AND SOLD OXIDE FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte sheet for a sold oxide fuel cell, preventing the damage of a peripheral edge portion area by enhancing handling strength, and capable of keeping thermal shock resistance and high power generating performance by suppressing the leakage of gas.

SOLUTION: The electrolyte sheet for the solid oxide fuel cell has different surface roughness in the peripheral edge portion area of at least one surface, and in an area except for the peripheral edge portion area. The surface roughness Ra(b) in the peripheral edge portion area, which is obtained by measuring with a laser optical noncontacting three-dimensional shape measuring device, is not less than 0.05 μm and less than 0.3 μm. The surface roughness Ra(i) in the area except for the peripheral edge portion area is 0.2 μm-1.2 μm. A ratio (Ra(i)/Ra(b)) of Ra(i) to Ra(b) exceeds 1 and is not more than 4. The surface roughness Ra(b) and the surface roughness Ra(i) are arithmetic average roughness, and surface roughness parameters calculated according to a German specification (DIN-4768).
