<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device which allows an upper unit case 3 to move in a direction to close the same only when being pressed down, and to move smoothly when rotated to open. <P>SOLUTION: A lower unit case 2 and an upper unit case 3 are rotatably connected by a hinge 4 on one side. The lower unit case 2 has a lower guide member 6 extended linearly and horizontally in a direction from the hinge 4 toward an open end. The upper unit case 3 has an upper guide member 7 formed in a shape of a convex curve facing downward and extended in a direction from the hinge 4 toward an open end.
