<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head which is simplified in a valve seat structure and reduced in number of parts, facilitated in manufacturing and assembly work and can improve durability in a grip part. <P>SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 17 having a water passage 16 is inserted and fixed inside of a case 12 constituting a shower head 11 and a water passage member 20 having a water passage 19 is connected to a tip end part of the inner cylinder 17. An opening and closing valve mechanism 31 is attached to the tip end part of the inner cylinder 17. A valve seat 33 which has a valve hole 32 is integrally formed inside of the inner cylinder 17. An annular groove 33a is formed in the valve seat 33, and a seal member 40 is held in the annular groove 33a. A valve holding tube 37 is provided to correspond to the valve seat 33, and a valve body 38 is housed in the valve holding tube 37.
