<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expandable adhesive and an expandable adhesive tape having both of adhering property and expanding property, which do not require accurate shaping in accordance with a shape of a member as an object of adhesion, nor require highly accurate positioning when used. <P>SOLUTION: The expandable adhesive expands by application of stimulant such as light and heat, and fills a space between members and adheres the members to each other.
