<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure which does not reduce or lose a function of a damper when installed to an external ALC panel and can be easily introduced without changing a structure of a conventional system to a large extent. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration control structure of a building comprises: a building frame of a steel frame structure consisting of pillars and beams; an external wall panel installed to the building frame so as to lock according to interlayer deformation of the building frame; and a friction damper which has a fixed part on the backside of the external wall panel and a fixed part on the building frame side fixed in contact with the fixed part on the external wall side so that the fixed part on the backside of the external wall panel and the fixed part on the building frame side slide each other in accordance with locking of the external wall panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
