<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively measure an NOx value at an engine outlet with a simple configuration in an exhaust emission control system and a method of controlling the same without deteriorating a Ki value. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control system 1 includes an exhaust gas processing device 30 provided within an exhaust passage 11 of an internal combustion engine 10, an exhaust pipe internal fuel injection device 24 provided on an upstream of the exhaust gas processing device 30 and for supplying fuel to the exhaust gas processing device 30, an NOx detector 13 provided on a downstream of the exhaust gas processing device 30, and a control unit 40 for controlling a combustion in the internal combustion engine 10 based on an operating state of the internal combustion engine 10. The control unit 40 supplies the fuel from the exhaust pipe internal fuel injection device 24 to the exhaust gas processing device 30 so as to burn to eliminate PM trapped in the exhaust gas processing device 30, and the control unit 40 stores a detected value from the NOx detector 13 as the NOx value at an outlet of the internal combustion engine 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
