<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute component arrangement unit whose structure is simple and which can easily be lightened. <P>SOLUTION: The minute component arranging unit includes: a minute component lifting structure where a plurality of minute component lifting means consisting of shaft bodies having minute component suction nozzles connected to a pressure reduction mechanism at lower ends and of bearings guiding lifting of the shaft bodies and equipped around the shaft bodies are aligned and arranged in a width direction of the shaft bodies in a position relation where tops of the shaft bodies and lower ends of the suction nozzles are in the same height; a frame body supporting and fixing the lifting structure, an elastic body which is engaged with the shaft body of each lifting means with the bearing or the frame body and supports the shaft body so that the heights of the tops of the shaft bodies all become a prescribe height; a depression device arranged above the tops of the respective shaft bodies via an interval; a depression assisting member inserted between the top of the arbitrary shaft body and a bottom face of the depression device; and a depression assisting member drive mechanism which is connected to the depression assisting member, drives the depression assisting member and performs horizontal movement and positioning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
