<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing process, while enabling easy execution of construction, and to prevent dropping of dew condensation water into a sauna room. <P>SOLUTION: This device for atomizing a liquid includes, in its body case 6, a heat exchanger 7 and a fan motor 8 which are provided in an air path connecting a suction port 4 and an exhaust port 5, and a liquid atomizer 9 which is provided between the fan motor 8 and the exhaust port 5. The liquid atomizer 9 is constituted of a tubular path 12 which opens in the vertical direction, a rotator 13, and a liquid supply which supplies water to the rotator 13. Under the body case 6, a front panel 24 which has a suction port 4a and an exhaust port 5a corresponding to the suction port 4 and the exhaust port 5 the body case 6 has, and a filter 26 located on the body case 6 side of the suction port 4a, are provided, and the filter 26 is positioned just under the lowermost end part 31 of piping 30 outside the tubular path 12.
