<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer data between two parties to communicate with each other by NGN guaranteeing communication quality. <P>SOLUTION: A SOAP-SIP adapter 2 establishes sessions with terminals 5b, 5c according to SIP. At this time, the SOAP-SIP adapter 2 transmits an INVITE message including its IP address and port number to the terminals 5b, 5c. The terminals 5b, 5c transmit 200 OK including their IP addresses and port numbers to the SOAP-SIP adapter 2 respectively. The SOAP-SIP adapter 2 stores the IP addresses and port numbers of the terminals 5b, 5c in a memory so that they correspond to each other. The SOAP-SIP adapter 2 transfers media streams received from the terminals 5b, 5c to destinations of corresponding IP addresses and port numbers by reference to the memory.
