<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell which improves a gas diffusion property, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This solid oxide fuel cell comprises; a support substrate 1 made of a gas-permeable metal; a intermediate material 2 made of a porous metal arranged on the support substrate; a fuel electrode 3 arranged on the intermediate material; an electrolyte 4 arranged on the fuel electrode; an air electrode 5 arranged on the electrolyte. A total thickness of the fuel electrode, the electrolyte, and the air electrode is ≥100 μm and the thickness of the fuel electrode and the air electrode are larger than a film thickness of the electrolyte. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
