<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply electric power to a mobile phone during code input to the mobile phone by keyboard operation without using a sophisticated information processing apparatus having a power supply unit such as a personal computer. <P>SOLUTION: A keyboard connection device 10 includes: a keyboard connector 28 for connecting a keyboard 12; a USB connector 27 for connecting a mobile phone 14 so that electric power can be supplied; a key code conversion unit 20b for converting a first code inputted from the keyboard 12 into a second code that corresponds to the mobile phone 14; a USB controller 24 for outputting the second code to the mobile phone 14; a power supply unit 25 having a battery 25a to accumulate electric power from an external power supply 16; and a power supply control unit 20d for supplying electric power from the power supply unit 25 through the USB connector 27 to the mobile phone 14 connected to the USB connector 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
