Device for weld seams running along spatial intersection curves which are extendible along a level for excessively heavy structural piping connections

The device i.e. guiding device (16), has a guiding rail (4) adapted to form of a spatial intersection curve and comprising different rail segments (5). The segments are connected one below the other with form-fit segment connectors, such that toothed rods and rail sections are connected at connection points. The rail is fastened to large or small elements of pipe nodes at a constant normal distance to a welding gap by form-fit and/or force-fit connections. The rail sections are guided by joints, such that elongation of segments in the direction perpendicular to the segments is small.
