A method for preparing hot milk in a coffee machine using fluid concentrated milk comprising the steps of: diluting a predetermined amount of concentrated milk with a corresponding predetermined amount of cold water; conveying the amount of cold diluted milk into the chamber (33) of a frothing device (17); conveying an amount of steam, predetermined depending on the temperature to be reached in the amount of milk, to the same chamber (33) of the frothing device (17); transferring to said amount of liquid milk the condensation heat of the amount of steam, obtaining in this way heating of the amount of milk to the desired temperature. |
