PURPOSE: An acoustic signal/electric signal conversion package is provided to additionally form a foreign substance sheet support groove capable of performing a series of holder function in an entrance of an acoustic inlet port. CONSTITUTION: An acoustic signal/electric signal conversion package comprises an acoustic inlet port(141). An acoustic signal/electric signal conversion element and a signal processing circuit set(130) are loaded in a substrate(140). The acoustic signal/electric signal conversion package is mounted in the surface of a circuit board which is included in an electronic device. The acoustic signal/electric signal conversion element changes a sound into an electric signal through the acoustic inlet port which is formed in the substrate and an acoustic inlet hole which is formed in the circuit board. The signal processing circuit set forms a series of connection relation with the acoustic signal/electric signal conversion element through an electrical connection wire.
