METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RECYCLING CLEANING OR RINSING WATER, IN PARTICULAR RINSER WATER

Recycling of cleaning- or rinsing water (preferred), comprises: (a) filtering water by a first reverse osmosis plant; (b) mixing the permeate produced in the step (a) with a sanitizing or disinfecting additive; (c) using the permeate loaded with the additive as cleaning- or rinsing water; (d) conducting at least a portion of the used cleaning- or rinsing water and a concentrate of the first reverse osmosis plant; and (e) filtering the mixture produced in the step (d) by a second reverse osmosis plant. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for performing the above method comprising: (i) the first reverse osmosis plant for filtering raw water; (ii) a device for mixing the permeate produced in the first reverse osmosis plant with the sanitizing or disinfecting additive for producing rinsing- or cleaning water; (iii) a rinsing- or cleaning device (2) for rinsing or cleaning food containers, preferably bottles; (iv) a collecting container (8) for receiving the portion of the used rinsing- or cleaning water and the concentrate of the first reverse osmosis plant, and (v) a second reverse osmosis plant for filtering the mixture from the collecting container.
