CUTTING DEVICE FOR WELDING BEAD OF T-PROFILE USING A STEEL CURTAINWALL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for vertically processing a weld portion of a T-shaped profile for a steel curtain wall is provided to prevent cutting defect since even if a part of profile is bent, the device is guided by a guide unit along a bent path. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for vertically processing a weld portion of a T-shaped profile for a steel curtain wall comprises a main frame(100), a pair of cutting units(200), a moving unit(300), and a support unit(400). The main frame moves along the top of a working bed(20) and forms a skeleton. The cutting units are installed on both sides of the vertical bracket(12) of profile on the lower part of the main frame to face each other. The cutting units cut the welded part between the vertical bracket and a horizontal bracket(11). While the welded part is cut by the cutting unit, the moving unit moves the main frame along the length of the profile.
