PURPOSE: A PSC girder manufacturing method and a PSC girder bridge construction method using an end form with an anchor plate are provided to facilitate curved connection between PSC girders, which are not coaxially installed, thereby covering the curvature of a PSC girder for a curved bridge. CONSTITUTION: A PSC girder manufacturing method using an end form in which an end finishing plate is completely or partially replaced with an anchor plate having an anchoring hole is as follows. Concrete is placed in a form for a girder. The form for a girder is removed so that the anchor plate is attached to an end face of a PSC(Pre-Stressed Concrete) girder(200) formed of the concrete.
