<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an optimal travel route of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This traveling device 10 for vehicle is mounted on the vehicle and comprises road surface condition detection means 1, 2 for detecting the road surface condition where the vehicle travels, a route setting means 3 for setting the travel route to a target position, and a vehicle property storage means 4 for storing property of the vehicle.
