The sleeve (1) has an outer, circular lateral surface defining an outer diameter of the sleeve, which is made of elastomer-material that exhibits a shore-A-hardness that ranges between 55 to 75. An omega-shaped inner surface (4) has a flattened lower circumference area and circular ribs (5). The ribs are arranged one behind another in a distanced manner from each other. A stopper protrudes radially inwards over the inner surface. The stopper is designed as a circular ring. A flexibility zone is provided at one of two front sided ends of the sleeve. An independent claim is also included for a pipe connection, which comprises two pipes.
