Consistency of shared information stored in the respective terminals is maintained, while achieving a lightening in processing load in respective terminals. A plurality of terminals are mutually connected via a network, and an area control group is constructed from the plurality of terminals. Moreover, the construction is such that the terminals belong to one or a plurality of control groups. Regarding the area control group, there are one or a plurality of terminals within the plurality of terminals which constitute the area control group, and by selecting these as relay terminals to relay shared information within the area control group, and performing update control of shared information via these relay terminals, consistency of the shared information stored in the respective terminals can be achieved while lightening the processing load in the respective terminals. |
