摘要 PURPOSE: A system for controlling rail electric potential is provided to efficiently and stably manage an electric railway power supply system by determining a ground fault accident and a non-ground fault and selectively input a breaker only in an accident area. CONSTITUTION: An electric potential difference detection unit(110) detects an electric potential difference between the ground(B) and a rail(A). A current detector(120) detects a current which flows in a ground switch(130). A detected current value is transferred to a ground switch control part(100). The ground switch is switched by the ground switch control part and bocks the ground and the rail. A breaker controller(200) activates a breaker(210), receives a current value which is detected from the current detector, and transfers the current value to a central control part(300). The breaker blocks the rail and an electric car line(C). The central control part determines the ground fault accident of the rail based on the current value received in the breaker controller. A breaker input control command is transferred to the breaker controller.
