PURPOSE: An N5-(pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-indazole-3,5-diamine is provided to effectively suppress abnormal cell proliferation. CONSTITUTION: An N5-(pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-indazole-3,5-diamine is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 with hydrazine to prepare a compound of chemical formula 3; a step of introducing R1 to the compound of chemical formula 3 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 4; a step of protecting amine which is indazole first site of the compound of chemical formula 4 using trityl groups to prepare a compound of chemical formula 5; a step of reducing a nitro group of the compound of chemical formula 5 under the hydrogen condition using palladium catalysts to prepare a compound of chemical formula 6; a step of performing nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction of the compound of chemical formula 6 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 7; a step of introducing R2 to the compound of chemical formula 7 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 8; and a step of deprotecting a trityl group of chemical formula 8.
